In order to measure aircraft fuel in any attitude, a real time fuel measuring method based on CAD technique is presented. First, adopting 3D solid modeling technique, the model of fuel tank of some aircraft is established. In order to measure aircraft fuel in any attitude, a real time fuel measuring method based on CAD technique is presented. 以飞机油箱满载状态下的油液实体为研究对象,将油液实体模型沿着高度方向进行“剖分”,找到实体模型每一剖分面上的面积中心点。提出了利用每一剖分面上的面积中心点来自动寻找和优化油量传感器的最佳敷设位置的方法,并给出了传感器浸液长度与剩余油液体积之间的对应关系,提出并实现了飞行姿态导致的油量读数误差的分析方法。文中方法已形成了一个自动的分析软件模块并无缝集成于商用UG/II软件,可以快速准确地为飞机油量传感器的设计和敷设提供依据。文中包含某型号教练机的油量计算与姿态误差分析实例。
