In this paper, FE thermo-stiffness and thermo-load of temperature field are given for 3-D temperatuie problems with inner thermogenesis.Taking account of the complexity of tire structures both pentahedron ele-ment dnd hexahedron element are used to analyze the temperature field of a radial tire,and an infrared image device is used to measure the surface temperature of the tire. A comparison of the theoretical calculation with experiment;shows:that the calculation is satisfactory-

针对三维内热源的温度场问题,推导了温度场的有限元“刚度”及热载荷,并考虑到轮胎的结构复杂性,使用六节点五面体及八节点六面体单元,分析了子午线轮胎的温度场,并用红外热像系统进行了实验验证。结果表明,计算方法是可行的。

The development of the analysis of tire structure was briefly described with the emphasis on the application of two-dimensional and three-dimensional FEM in the analysis of tire structure. The comparision was made between the two-dimensional and three-dimensional FE models of tire. Their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out and the prospective development and application of FEM in the analysis and design of tire structure were predicted.

简要介绍了轮胎结构分析方法的发展过程,着重介绍了二维和三维有限元法在轮胎结构分析中的应用。通过对轮胎二维和三维有限元实际模型的分析比较.指出了它们各自应用的优缺点,并阐述了有限元法在轮胎结构分析和设计领域中的发展及应用前景。
