Clinical practice After more than one year obevservation, only one connected and filled teeth is failed and others are succeeded. All teeth patients prefer to this clinical method.Result This method advantages:Na teeth body preparation or less teeth body tissne for polishing basis teeth, no met.al hat, no infection and one time treatment is ok, so the treatmetn of the strong light connecting and filling teeth is valuabal for development and practice.

目的 观察采用美国JP公司生产的光固化系列产品 ;中国广西南宁越洋实用技术公司生产的越洋牌超强光固化机 (光能量达 130 0MW) ,用超强光粘接固定桥修复缺失牙的临床疗效。方法 对6 6例各种不同情况的缺失牙 ,用超强光粘接桥进行了粘接固定义齿的修复。结果 通过近一年多的临床观察 ,选用超强光粘接桥修复的 6 6例缺失牙中 ,除有 1例因条件不好失败外 ,其余 6例无脱落、折断、变色等现象 ,深受患者喜爱。结论 超强光拈接桥最大的优点是 :不用牙体预备或少量磨除基牙的牙体组织 ,无金属冠套 ,无基托 ,无异物感 ,一次就诊即可完成 ,对于尖牙、第一双尖牙的修复 ,超强光粘接桥有其独特的优越性 ,值得推广应用。

This article relates how to select fixed-quantity and twist in the technology parameters of roving, and back draft in the technology parameters of spun yarn. By experiment, light fixed quantity of roving is adopted under conditions of raw cotton with a little descented quality to assure spinning quality for meeting requirements of users.

Among 312 wedge-shaped tooth defects of 166 patients were r estored by using glass ionomer, light-fixing composite resin and silver amalgam . Continuous observations were followed up for 1.5~2 years. The results were that 108 teeth were restored by glass ionomer, the successful rate was 82.4%; 104 teeth were re s tored by light-fixing composite resin, the successful rate was 76.0%; 100 teeth we re restored with silver amalgam, the successful rate was 66.0%. Compared with t hre e different type of restoring materials P < 0.05 , there was significa nt differ ence. Thus, conclusions can be drawn that the three different type of restoring materials have different advantages and defects. All restoring materials are not perfect. Further research is needed to develop a good material, which has all t he advantages of the three types of material, and overcome their disadvantages. From the aspect of good quality and reasonable price, the glass ionomer is r elatively desirable.
