This paper describes results of the study on the effect of SSLG on several kinds of liver injuries.SSLG was found to shorten pentobarbital sleeping time in normal mice and to induce increase of hepatic microsomal P-450 level 24 h after oral (50 mg/kg) or peritoneal (20 mg/kg) administration. In CCl_4 or thioacetamide intoxicated mice, prior oral administration of SSLG can impede the elevation of SGPT level and decrease the contents of P-450, RNA, and glycogen.In addition, SSLG was also shown to prevent the development of fatty liver and liver cirrhosis because it lowered the contents of hepatic fat and hydroxyproline. Obvious improvement of the histological changes was also observed. For the immunological injury of the liver in mice, SSLG was found to decrease only LDH-5 level, while no inhibitory effect on the elevation of immune complex level in serum and histological changes of the liver was observed. Besides, SSLG was shown to promote secretory function of the liver in eliminating BSP in normal or CCl_4-intoxicated mice. These results indicate that SSLG possesses Protective action on experimental liver injuries.

SSLG可抑制CCl_4和硫代乙酰胺中毒小鼠SGPT的升高和肝中P-450、RNA及糖元含量的降低。此外,SSLG还能降低中毒大鼠肝中脂肪和羟脯氨酸的含量。对于小鼠的免疫性肝损伤,SSLG仅能使血中LDH-5含量降低,而对血清免疫复合物含量及组织学改变均无影响。SSLG还可诱导正常或中毒小鼠肝脏P-450含量增加及缩短小鼠的戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间,并能促进肝脏排泄BSP的功能。上述结果表明,SSLG对实验性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Changes of aortic proteoglycan,collagen and elastic fibers following immunological injury were studied quantitatively and qualitatively by electron mi- croscope.The results showed that repeated intravenous injections of bovine serum albumin in rabbits activated synthesis of collagen,elastic fibers and proteoglycan in aortic wall.The increase of connective tissue components was coincident with morphological changes of smooth muscle cell.

Our findings supported that NO and entotoxin might play an important role in the immunological injury of liver transplantation,and it was shown that the most important techniques for a successful operation were the introduction of pump-driven venovenous bypass which could reduce inflammatory mediators.

动态观察肝移植无肝期前后的血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内毒素的水平。结果显示;在无肝期NO和内毒性的水平明显升高,于无肝前期比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。NO与内毒素的表达水平密切相关。研究结果提示NO和内毒素可能对宿主肝移植过程中有潜在的病损作用,并提出静脉转流对减少炎性介质的释放和提高原位肝移植的成功是非常重要的。
