when we analyze various electric-magnetic signals in space and establish their probable model, as there exists randomness in such signals, we often need to use various random signal sequences. It is an economic way to use computer software for generating pseudo random digits. Thereof we can simulate the randomness of the signals in space.The contents of this article include with multiple congruential method generating random digits with uniformly distribution in the range (0, 1), then by using them generating random digits with Gauss or exponential distribution, statistically testing the random digits with uniformly distribution and measuring its period, and at last inquiring into the applications of random digits. The whole work has been finished by using microcomputer with Z80 for CPU.

The wave form of F section in the first return stroke is analyzed in this paper. From the analysis, it seems impossible for F process occuring during the attachment process. The front process of the first return stroke(F)appears just after the attachment process and moves downward from the contact point to the strike point on the ground, and moves upward along the stepped leader channel, too .The front moves along the channel ionized by the stepped leader and connecting leader,while the generally accepted return...

The front process of the first return stroke(F)appears just after the attachment process and moves downward from the contact point to the strike point on the ground, and moves upward along the stepped leader channel, too .The front moves along the channel ionized by the stepped leader and connecting leader,while the generally accepted return stroke moves along the channel more deeply ionized by the front. Preliminary estimate shows that this front process could radiate enough peak electric or magnetic fields which are in good agreement with the data from the field observation. This front process could also explain the optical signal observed. Further simultaneous observation of optical and electric or magnetic signals radiated from the lightning would eventually prove whether there is really such a process or not.

And then, after anlaysing the possibility for earthquake prediction by the crustal wave guide the authors suggested: "Method of Seismically Electric-Magnetic Wave", and "Method of the Back Wave from Artificial Source", by which the anomalous radiation of the seismically electric-magnetic signals and anomalies of medium...

本文首先介绍了地壳波导的地球物理特征及其传播特性,野外实践和室内实验,然后作者分析了籍地壳波导来预报地震的可能性后提出了用“地震电磁波法”、“人工源直达—反射波法”、“人工源回波法” 等来捕捉地震电磁信息的辐射异常与介质传播异常,并由此预报地震。
