Thermal spray welding process is a modern technique of surface intensification and surface treatments.It utilizes various heat sources to melt the metal or non-metal coating materials,with fog and spray to put on the surface of machine parts,In this article the method employed is oxy-acetylene flame heat sources sprayed onto the surface of machine parts to form a coating giving such properties as wear-resisting,corrosion-resisting,heat proof, oxidation-resisting and tigt sealing.This method has been used in mang parts of our country.This new technigue is being payed a great attention to the disadvantages of it are the high cost of the alloy powder and its wear-resistance not enough sufficient. A new compound alloy powder-pygt-801 is successfully developped.The main component of it is tic and wc.Its cost is cheaper and the properties required are more excellent,compared with the similar products. After a certain period of spray welding experiment and continuous improvement on its technology,pygt-801 has proved to be capable of forming a compact non-porous coatings with superhardness,high wear-risisting and good shock-toughness.The micro-hardness of the harden-phase in the spray welding coatings is Hv=1450~1800,the hardness of the binding-phase (Substrate)is Hv=805~965. Through simulated experiments and field tests,wear-resistance is twice as high as 65 si-mn steel.Other properties are satisfactory.

本工艺是应用氧乙炔火焰为热源,喷焊耐磨复合合金粉末。使机器零件表面层获得耐磨、耐腐蚀、抗高温氧化等功能,从而提高零件和机械的服役寿命。本文简述耐磨复合合金粉末研制特点、涂层性能的试验研究、模拟及田间试验结果、喷焊工艺要领和提高喷焊层耐磨粒磨损机理的初步剖析。复合合金粉末Pygt-801是我们研制成功的新粉末。它具有廉价和优异的性能。与类似商品比较,可获得显著的经济效果。经较长时间的喷焊实践和工艺的不断改进,已获得硬度高、耐磨和良好冲击韧性的喷焊层。喷焊层硬质相的显微硬度HV=1450~1800(相当HRC76—81),粘结相(机体)HV=805~965(HRC 63.2~68)。经过模拟试验与田间试验,其耐磨性是65Mn钢的二倍。

An assessment of homogeneity was made by atomic absorption spectroscopy and instrumental neutron activation through the determination of Cu, Mn, Zn, Mg, Ca, K in randomlg selected 25 (?) analysis of the data shows that the variability befween samples is negligible. Quality control for the methods applied was performed by the analysis of NBS- 1567 wheat flour and NBS-1568 rice flour. 16 labarateriers partipated in the ana- lysis of this wheat flour sample for 14 elements, usig eleven different method. Certified values of constituentelements are given for K, As, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Pb, Zn and informative values are give for N, P, Na Se.

本研究所用原料为云南省个旧县个旧矿区1984年生产的南原二号小麦。本文报导了研制食品标准物质小麦粉的制备全过程。随机抽取25瓶样品,用原子吸收法和中子活化法作了均匀性检查,数据用F检验法做统计处理,对均匀性作了评价。小麦粉标准物质定值分析由16个具有一定水平的科研单位,采用11种准确、可靠方法,并用已知标准物质(NBS-1567小麦粉、NBS-1568大米粉)对方法进行检验。每个定值元素均有两种或两种以上不同原理的分析方法和不少于5组分析数据,经统计处理,对10个定值元素K、As、Ca、Cd、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Pb、Zn,以总平均值表示该元素的标准值,以两倍标准偏差表示测量的单项不确定度。对N、P、Na、Se四个元素,由于仅有四组分析数据,推荐为参考值。
