The configuration of EPVC cyclone tube was improved by the following ways:(l) enhancing fine particles separation efficiency by improving the de-sign method of vanes;(2) increasing catching percentage of fine particles by adoption of exhausting structure with by-pass type core tube;(3) eliminating discharge blocking by drilling a tappered hole at the centre of the discharge pan. PDC type cyclone tube is characterized by large gas capacity per unit tube, high effi-ciency of dust removal, unobstructed discharging as well as elimination of gas channeling and backmixing. Adopting the dual-channel tangential inlet and long taper configuration, the separation efficiency of PT-II type cydone tube is higher than that of PDC type.

The study on the hydraulics of compound tray was conducted with air-water system in a 500 mm inner diameter column and in a 300 mm inner diameter column in order to improve the turndown ratio and capacity of the compound tray. Several sets of compound trays that differed in the types of the dual-flow tray (valve-sieve tray, non-uniform perforation tray and double hole diameters tray) were tested. The results show that valve-sieve compound trays have smaller turndown ratio and smaller capacity. Compared with uniform perforation compound trays, non-uniform perforation compound trays have greater turndown ratio by 20%-60%, larger gas capacity by 20%-80%, and larger liquid capacity by about 70%. Double hole diameters compound trays have a little larger capacity in comparison of single hole diameter compound trays and their turndown ratio is over 3.5.

在内径为 5 0 0mm和 30 0mm的塔内 ,以空气 水为物系 ,测定了不同结构 (浮阀 筛孔穿流板、非均匀开孔率穿流板、双孔径穿流板 )的穿流板与 2 5 0Y规整填料组成的各种复合塔板的流体力学性能。试验结果表明 :浮阀 筛孔复合塔板操作弹性小、气液处理量小 ;非均匀板复合塔板与均匀板复合塔板相比 ,操作弹性大2 0 %— 6 0 % ,气处理量大 2 0 %— 80 % ,液处理量大 70 %左右 ;双孔径复合塔板比单孔径复合塔板处理量略微增大 ,操作弹性高达 3.5以上。
