为探讨装潢聚氨酯漆挥发物的免疫毒性,使小鼠接触聚氨酯漆挥发物,每天2 h,持续接触3 周后观察各项免疫功能指标。结果显示,接触组免疫器官指数与对照组差异不显著。接触组淋巴细胞 A N A E阳性率、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素水平、末梢血白细胞吞噬功能、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能均明显低于对照组。研究表明,聚氨酯漆挥发物对机体细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫功能均有明显抑制作用。
