The southern edge area of Zhungeer basin in Xinjiang is a piedmont nappe compression structure.The geological condition of this area is very complex:strong ground stress,great formation dip,high pore pressure and easy to hydrate and easy to disperse formation.The drilling difficulty is extremely great,especially,the Haihe formation in Anji becomes almost an insurmountable barrier in the history of well drilling in this area.The wells An 6 and Tugu 1 which have been successfully drilled successively in this area in 1998 are the first two wells drilled through Haihe formation in this block.In this paper,the process of wells An 6 and Tugu 1 is briefly narrated,and,in view of the difficult problems in drilling technology in this area,the selection of rational casing program,the control of hole trajectory in high and steep structure,the drilling fluid technique which can stabilize borehole wall under the condition that the formation is of strong ground stress,high water sensibility and high pore pressure,and is easy to disperse and the hole diameter is easy to be reduced,as well as anti sloughing and anti sticking technique,and the lost circulation preventing plugging technique and the well cementing technique for balanced drilling under the condition of long uncased hole,multi pressure system effusion and lost circulation are emphatically presented,and some proposals for perfecting the drilling technology in this area are offered.

新疆准噶尔盆地南缘地区属山前推覆挤压构造,地质情况十分复杂,地应力强,地层倾角大,孔隙压力高,大段为易水化、易分散的不稳定地层,钻井技术难度极大,尤其是安集海河组地层几乎成了该地区钻井史上难以逾越的障碍。1998 年先后在该地区钻探成功的安6 井和吐谷1 井是该区块上首次突破安集海河组的两口深井。文章简要叙述了安6 井和吐谷1 井的钻井过程,并针对该区钻井工艺技术方面的难题,着重介绍了合理井身结构的选择、高陡构造井眼轨迹的控制、对付强地应力、强水敏、易分散、易缩径和高孔隙压力地层条件下稳定井壁的钻井液技术和防塌、防卡技术,以及长裸眼、多压力系统溢流、井漏情况下的平衡钻井、防漏、堵漏技术及固井技术,并对完善该地区的钻井工艺技术提出了一些建议。

Well cementing technique of mud to cement (MTC) by slag can not only reduce the cost of cementing but also make the mud-the pollutant of drilling engineering be directly buried underground,which avoids environmental contamination and economizes on waste mud disposal cost.Moreover slag MTC technique is also possessed of the advantages as raising displacement efficiency and cement job quality,etc.,the embrittlement of slag cement,however,at high temperature is an important reason of limiting the application of the slag MTC technique at high temperatures (in deep wells).After having analyzed existing viewpoints about various reasons causing the embrittlement of slag cement at high temperatures and on the basis of experiment and observation,a new viewpoint is proposed in the paper,i.e the embrittlement is caused by volumetric expansion because of the dehydration of C-S-H amorphous gels at high temperatures.For verifying such a new viewpoint,the experimental method and device are put forward and designed in the paper and a great number of experiments have been done.Finally,some measures for preventing slag cement from embrittling at high temperatures are proposed in the article.

用矿渣将泥浆转化成水泥浆 (MTC)固井技术不仅能降低固井成本 ,而且能将钻井工程的污染物—泥浆填入地下。减少了对环境的污染也节约了废弃泥浆的处理费用。此外矿渣MTC技术还具有提高顶替效率及固井质量等优点 .但矿渣胶结物高温脆裂是限制矿渣泥浆转化成水泥浆 (MTC)技术在高温深井条件下应用的重要原因。文章在分析了现有的各种关于矿渣高温脆裂原因的观点后 ,在实验观测的基础上 ,提出了矿渣高温脆裂原因的新观点 ,即矿渣高温脆裂是由于C -S -H无定型凝胶高温脱水后发生体积膨胀造成的。文章设计了验证这一新观点的实验方法及装置 ,并用大量实验验证了这一新观点。最后根据这一新观点提出了预防矿渣胶结物高温脆裂的措施。
