It was suggested that constant-speed test,especially the peak torque in low speed stretching exercise, could be used to be the indicator for evaluating the lower limb functional disturbance and to direct the rehabilitation treatment.

为进一步研究等速测试评估脑瘫运动障碍的可能性及为进一步研究提供科学依据.对30例痉挛型脑瘫患儿利用BIODEXⅡAP型多关节等速测试及康复系统重复测试膝关节的峰力短,应用差值t检验和相关系数的检验进行统计学处理。结果:2次测试峰力矩慢速伸展时差异不显著,相关系数为0875。提示可以利用等速测试,尤其是低速伸展运动时的峰力矩来作为其下肢功能障碍的评估指标,并依此来指导康复训练。
