The torquea were meuured isokinetically at 60℃/sec and 180°/sec in 18 male and 16 female subjects on a Kin - Com dynarmometer . The pavity effect torque was added to the meuured hip flexor torque and sub- tracted from the hip extensor torque to yield gnavity corrected values . Failure to consider the gravity effect torque the ex- tensor torque would be overestimated and the flexar torque underestimated and the antagonist ratio at both speeds as well . Clinicians ahould pay attention to the importance of making the gravity corrction in subjects whem measuring the joint motion aided by gravity or opposed by it.

本实验应用Kin-Com等速装置,以60°/sec、180°/sec角速度对34名成年受试者(男18、女16)的髋屈、髋伸功能动作进行等速测试,并运用肢体称重和重力补偿程序对所获力矩进行重力校正和未重力校正处理,以分析重力因素对抗重力位等速测试结果的影响。结果表明,重力校正后,不论性别、测试速度、收缩形式、峰均值,均以伸展力矩值显著降低、屈曲力矩值显著增高,其中伸展的向心收缩、屈曲的离心收缩力矩值改变程度相对更大。重力校正后屈伸拮抗肌比值相应增大;但随测试角速度增大,拮抗肌比值改变的趋势由于多种因素的影响而不明确。上述结果提示在等速测试过程中应考虑重力因素的影响,在抗重力位以及不同收缩形式测试时,应较好地利用肢体称重及重力补偿程序进行重力校正,以使测试力矩值及拮抗肌比值更接近实际情况。临床工作中,重力梭正对某些病人的力量测试和训练有一定意义。

AIM: To compare the differences of muscle strength of shoulder joint between professionals and amateur sprinters. METHODS: The strength test was carried out in July 2005 among the 15 male sprinters from Shijiazhuang Amateur and Hebei Province Specialized Body Teams (The result of 100 meters was better in professionals than in amateurs). Biodex-Ⅱ model strength test system was applied to measure the peak torque of flexor muscle strength, the peak torque of extensor eccentric contraction and the power index of flexor concentric contraction. Shoulder joint test was the kneeling position on single leg, and concentric muscle strength test was conducted on the situations of 60°/s (slow velocity), 240°/s (normal velocity) and 360°/s (fast velocity). Independent-sample t test was done with SPSS 11.5 for Windows software to compare the differences between professionals and amateur sprinters. RESULTS: All 30 sprinters entered the result analysis.①The torque of flexor muscle strength of shoulder joint: In the tests of slow and fast velocity, the torque of professionals was increased obviously compared with those of amateur sprinters [(14.53±5.14), (10.56±4.00) N·m; (15.10±5.71), (9.28±3.28) N·m; P < 0.05]; In the test of normal velocity, professionals presented the decreased torque [(12.35±4.37), (14.48±5.47) N·m; P < 0.05].②The torque of flexor muscle strength of shoulder joint was more in professionals than in amateur sprinters [(22.00±7.78), (11.51±4.35) N·m; (19.95±7.05), (6.38±2.41) N·m; (15.63±5.53), (8.69±3.28) N·m; P < 0.05,0.01]. CONCLUSION: ①The muscle strength of shoulder girdle is weak in amateur sprinters, indicating that it is one of the principal factors affecting the performance.②The extensor muscle strength of shoulder joint is more influencing than the flexor muscle strength of shoulder.
