After analyzing the carrying capacity of water resources in river, the carrying capacity of water environment, the quantitative index and the forecast of water-demand in 2010,2020,the paper probes into the potential capacity of the water exploitation and utilization in Guangdong Province, moreover the paper makes the comprehensive analysis on the quantity and quality of water, describes the objective fact on the prospect of water exploitation and utilization .
This dissertation establishes the linear programming model of allocating water resource reasonably , by making use of large scale system pass rank analysis principle and measures, which aims at multi-water resources, multi-water users and the anfractuosity relation between water supply and using , and the special characteristics of water exploitation etc in Karamay, and having given enough respect to original right of water user’s as well as having considered the precondition of ecological water and disparting ratio of dry year.
Karstic underground water is the major source of water for city life and industrial production in Shanxi. Since the 80s,the demand of Shanxi's social and economic development for karstic ground water resources has been increasing rapidly,and at the same time,with the decrease of rainfalls and the increase of such human activities as karstic water exploitation,the amount of karstic water has decreased in a large scale.
A deep analysis for the spring discharge change and its affecting factors shows that the year of 1980 is the important uurning point of the discharge change process of the Xin’an springs. Rainfall is the determinative factor responsible for the discharge change of the Xin’an springs before 1980, but the increasing karst water exploitation plays a more important role in the attenuation of the discharge after 1980.
