Using tailings of V-bearing titanon magenitie as primary material,after scientific proportioning schedule and reasonable sintering-shaping process,\ ceramic tile with good properties has been developed successfully and industrially produced.The properties of this products exceed the standard EN176-91.A new way is started for developing special variety of ceramic tile and utilizing tailing of resources of Pangang comprehensivery.

Laser single-layer sintering test for Ni-based and Co-based alloy powders has been performed using laser engineered net shaping method (LENS). The regularity of influenced of process parameters on both shaping characteristic and surface quality has been studied. The microstructure of single-layer coating has been evaluated using SEM. The effect of both laser power density and scanning speed on coating microstructure was remarkable.

用激光直接成形工艺对Ni基和Co基合金粉末进行了单道烧结试验,研究了不同工艺参数对成形性和表面质量的影响规律。采用SEM分析了单道涂覆层的组织特征,并以获得致密组织为目标对激光烧结工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,合金粉末的烧结宽度主要受激光光斑尺寸的影响;烧结成形后得到的涂覆层组织呈现出快速凝固组织的结构特征;激光功率密度和扫描速度对涂覆层微观组织结构有显著影响。
