For this reason, an apparatus for cleaning the surface of roll is used to clean out the powder that clings to the surface of rolls, so as to keep the friction coefficient and angle of bite from further increase during the rolling process and thus, uniform porous nickel strip with the same thickness and density in longitudinal direction is obtained.
