According to the delta modulation digital system(or other one bit code digital system), the author suggests a switching form which is suitable to construct the railway communication networks. The author describes the principles for transmitting and switching call signals and voice signals, proposes block diagrams. By theoretical analysis, when the time refixing of digital voice form is used to switch the voice signal, there is little influence in the telephone switching. The author also theor etically analyses and compares the adopted switching networks and describes the applicaons and developments of one bit code switching form in the railway communication networks.
