A low molecular weight poly(DL lactide) containing carbon carbon bonds was synthesized from DL lactide, glycerin and fumaric acid. This functionized polymer can be thermally crosslinked with benzoyl peroxide as initiator. It is potentially a useful thermosetting resin for biodegradable composites and for environment friendly material.

目的 为人工种植牙的即刻种植选择适合的骨代用材料。方法 选用HA喷涂钛芯种植体 16颗 ,在狗的下颌牙拔除之后即刻植入 ,同时在种植体周围的骨缺损处分别填塞四种不同的生物降解高分子材料 ,两种以TCP为主 ,两种以HA为主。另有两颗种植体周围未放任何材料作为空白对照。观察期为 3个月和 6个月。结果 通过不脱钙骨块切片的光镜观察和透射电镜组织学观察 ,以及定量组织学分析 ,以TCP为主的复合材料优于以HA为主的复合材料。结论 该骨代用材料在生物体内能被吸收并诱发新骨形成 ,与种植体可产生良好的骨融合
