为进行固体脉冲推力器点火启动过程的颗粒传热增强分析以及两相流动分析等研究的需要,采用MALVERN粒度分析仪和相应的辅助装置,检测了固体脉冲推力器排气羽烟中的颗粒粒度分布,得到了点火器燃烧产物和推进剂燃烧产物的颗粒粒度分布数据,检测结果表明,两种产物的颗粒粒度分布都呈多峰值分布状态,粒径范围为5~80μm,点火器燃烧产物的颗粒中间直径约为57μm;推进剂燃烧产物的颗粒中间直径约为39μm。
