The experience of adopting new technique and process in semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unitexpansion design for tapping potentials and debottlenecking were introduced. The capacity of the unit was increasedfrom 150000t/yr to 200000t/yr. Both exanilnation and verification on the unit through 3 months indicated that theunit expansion was successful. The investment payback period is only 2 months.

The original used float valve trays in a reforming feedstock dehydrating tower were replaced by the novel composite trays DJ-3 in the capacity expansion revamping. The commissioning test showed that the DJ-3 trays had more operation flexibility and better separation effect. Keeping the origi- nal column shell unchanged, the throughput could increase by 56%; and the refined oil could meet the demand even at higher fluctuation of water and sulfur contents in the feedstock. This article analyzes the effect of long running cycle of fixed-bed semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit from three aspects:long running cycle of anti-surge system of centrifugal recycle hydrogen compressor; the chlorine corrosion and chlorine fouling;and catalytic reforming activation. Through the analysis, the article point out the striving direction of long running cycle.

本文从离心式重整循环氢压缩机长期运行、氯腐蚀与氯结盐、重整催化剂活性 3个方面分析了对固定床半再生重整装置长周期运行的影响 :指出了固定床半再生重整装置长周期运行应努力的方向。
