In this paper a flota ion-spectrophotometricmethod for separating and determining trace aluminium in iron and steels was studied. This method is applied to the separation and determination of aluminium in the range from 0.001 to 0.050%.

本文选择EDTA及Zn—EDTA掩蔽铁等干扰元素,以漂兰6B、二苯胍盐酸盐及十二烷基硫酸钠为试剂,对钢铁中微量铝的浮选分离进行研究。研究结果表明,在大量铁存在的情况下,微克级铝的回收率为92~112%,一定量的Cr(Ⅰ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)Co(Ⅱ)等不干扰铝的分离与测定。采用本法对标准钢样中的微量铝进行分离,以铬天青S光度法进行测定,分析结果在允许误差范围之内,准确度、精密度良好。本法适合于钢铁试样中0.001~0.050%的铝的分离与测定。

本文研究了样品稀释过程中铀荧光强度的变化规律:铀浓度的减少使荧光强度按线性降低,同时熄灭剂浓度的减小使荧光强度按指数规律上升。因此,稀释是消除熄灭干扰的一种方便且有效的手段。文中还讨论了激光铀分析仪器标定中的某些技术问题,并指出激光荧光法不但适合痕量铀的分析,也适合中,高含量铀的测定。本法对不同含量铀(0.95,84.8,669和7240ppm)的岩石标准参考样品进行分析,其RSD均小于±5%。
