采用Aloka—SSD—770扇型断层扫描仪,进行不同分贝感度超声回波图观测心包疾病患者30例,其特征:①心包膜是心脏各层结构中回波最强的结构。②心包膜壁层回波强度大于心包脏层回波强度。③右室前方前壁液性暗区心包膜回波强度小于左室后壁后方液性暗区心包膜各层的回波强度。④心包病变组各层结构回波反射大于正常组各层结构回波强度。综上所述,可见感度超声断层图在超声切面图诊断各种心脏疾病中有着重要意义。它可对心脏各层结构进行定量分析,找出各种声象图的变化特征,对心包病变的诊断有着一定的临床价值。

A mathematical treatment is given to the radiant heat exchange in high-temperature heating furnace, where the radiant heat exchange is regarded as in a gas-filled space between two infinte parallel planes. Based on the formula devired to describe such a radiant exchange, the effect of furnace lining in a high-temperature furnace on radint heat transfer can be elucidated, and it is justified through an instance.

The problem for fuel sloshing in the space vehicles and its influence on the control systems are important and complex in the space science technology. In this paper the differential equations of systems filled with liquid are firstly derived from the variational principle of mechanics, and then the stability of liquid-filled systems is analyzed. The dynamic behavior of liquid sloshing in the liquid-filled space vehicles and the three-axis stability of a system partially filled with liquid are investigated under the zero-gravity or the low-gravity conditions. The results of this paper are useful for the dynamics and the control of liquid-filled systems in the astronautics and aeronautics and ocean engineering.

充液航天器内部液体晃动及其对控制系统的影响,是当前国内外航天高技术研究的重要课题,也是一个比较复杂的问题。本文首先由力学变分原理导出了充液系统的状态方程,其次分析了充液系统的稳定性;特别是,研究了在失重或微重条件下,充液航天器内部液体晃动的动力学特性以及部分充液三轴稳定性问题等。本文的研究结果,对于航天、航空、航海中的充液系统动力学与控制问题,都有重要的参考价值。
