通过对管线钢管腐蚀坑堆焊工艺试验,采用测量焊缝金相细晶区位置到试样背面的距离和硬度值,来预测是否有烧穿和氢致裂纹产生,从而选择合理的管道腐蚀坑堆焊工艺参数,并对管道腐蚀坑焊接补板的焊缝距离提出了技术要求。结果表明,采用直径为3.2mm的低氢焊条,在105A的焊接电流下,可以直接补焊的点腐蚀坑剩余壁厚为4.4mm;采用补板焊接时,焊缝间距应大于100mm。研究结果为在役管线腐蚀坑焊接维护提供了依据。
