The essay introduces the concept and design principle of group calling in GSM-R network, and discusses the areadecision on dispatching section and basic station section of station in the group calling district design of Qinghai-Tibet railway testsection, as well as disposal method on the overlap area of 3 adjacent stations, area between stations and 3 adjacent small stations.

Probe into Computation of the Design Lowest Navigable Stage for the Basic Station Situated at the Reach Obviously Influenced by Sand Excavation from River Bed

The weathet station of Hutubi County was acted as the basic station. We adjusted the air temperature data into long series so tbat the characteristics of climatic resources of this station will be furth grasped.

The fitting errors for monthly precipitation data series were calculated using statistical methods. The results indicated that the more correlative coefficient between the adjusted stations and basic station is,the less the fitting errors.

Time series of annual precipitation were adjusted from 17 hydrologic stations in Xianju county and Kuocangshan meteorological station, Xianju hydrologic station was used as one basic station in Xianju county in Zhejiang province. The short time series adjusting model of annual precipitation were established from 17 hydrologic stations and Kuocangshan meteorological station in Xianju county.

On the supposition that p(d≤r)=95%, where d and r is tilt absolute value for daily first difference and background-noise level respectively, we have obtained the background-noise levels of the 32 tiltmeters at 16 stations and their limits M discriminating anoma lies. The variation from month to month shows that three stages are also with higher continuity.This paper has emphatically analysed the variation of the atmospheric circulation ultra-long wave in the three warm and three cold years of the plateau.It is outlined that,(1) the change of the energy density of ultra-long wave in lower and higher atmospheric layer, on middle-low and high latituae zones in the cold and warm year of the plateau is completely different, that is, on one side the energy density incre- , ases and on the other side it decreases. (2) The difference of the trough and ridge line distribution' of the atmospheric ultra-long wave in cold and warm year is the greatest in middle-low and high latitude zones, too,but the tendency of their change is in the opposite direction.In the middle latitude transition zone (40-60°N) the difference of the density between cold and warm years is not observable (3) In summer on subtropical zone from East Asia to West Pacific Ocean(75-175°E) there exist mainly three latitude circulation cells,the variation of which in cold and warm year of the plateau is an oscillation as billow, i.e.as one cell is strengthened (or weakened) , the other two neighboring cells are weakened (or strengthened).

In this paper, according to the P wave data recorded by seismographs at the basic stations in China,a comprehensive study is made on the focal process of the Menyuan M6.4 earthquake in Qinghai Province occurred on August 26,1986 and the focal dynamic parameters are obtained. The result shows that the seismic structure of the Menyuan earthquake strikes NE50°, showing an unilateral fracture striking NE, with fracture lenght being 20 km and average fracture velocity being 1.83km/s.
