Dealing with the high speed steels Wl8Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2-materials now rather widely used for cold extrusion punches in China, this paper discusses the effect of nonuniformity of carbide and heat treatment on the life of cold extrusion punches. It also describes the application of gas-soft nitriding technology to cold extrusion dies and the results of using recently developed 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb and 6W6Mo5Cr4V in this country.

随着冷挤压技术的发展,对黑色金属冷挤压凸模的性能提出愈来愈高的要求。本文针对目前国内使用较多的冷挤压凸模材料——W18Cr4V和W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢,探讨了控制其原材料质量(碳化物的不均匀性)和采用合理的热处理工艺对冷挤压凸模寿命的影响。并且介绍了气体软氮化工艺在冷挤压模具上的应用,和国内研制的新型冷挤压模具钢65Cr4W3Mo2VNb及6W6Mo5Cr4V的试用情况。 生产实践表明,采用新钢种、制订合理的热处理工艺和采用气体软氮化是提高黑色金属冷挤压凸模寿命的有效途径。

In this paper are described factors that exercise an influence on life of cold extrusion punch, are analysed all destruction of punch, structure on its life.It is done to analyse the stress state of punch by stress test. In this paper are described factors that exercise an influence on life of cold extrusion punch, are analysed all destruction of punch, structure on its life.It is done to analyse the stress state of punch by stress test. Stress of punch is alternate. Value of stress is high. Besides there is influence of additional bending stress and temperature fatigue stress. It is pointed out that role of punch structure in prolongation of its life is very great.Influence of stress concentration has been observed by mechanical ana- lysis and photoelastic test and by comparing photoelastic model pictures of original and improved punch structure. Authors put on the permissible value of minimum filled radius of cup extrusion punch under different extrusion pressure by calculating stress concentration factor. In order to analyse further the stress distribution in punch, authors calculated stress and deformation of punch by finite element method and find out the stress concentration factor as well as region of the most dangerous section which is found by calculation agree with practical destroyed section. Authors put on the structure of composite punch of new type and compare furtber these improved structures. The better effects appear through use in factory production for long time. At last authors put into conclusion the advantage which the composite punch has from production practice.

本文论述了影响冷挤压凸模寿命的因素,分析凸模的各种破坏状态,而后着重分析凸模结构对寿命的影响。通过应力测试对凸模的应力状态进行分析,凸模的应力特点是交变应力,单位应力高,还存在附加弯曲应力及温度疲劳应力的影响,指出凸模的结构对提高寿命有很大作用。通过力学分析和光弹性力学模型试验,对原凸模结构和改进后的凸模结构进行光弹性模型照片的比较,观察到应力集中的影响,并通过应力集中系数的计算,提出不同单位挤压力时反挤压凸模的最小圆角半径值。为了进一步分析凸模内应力分布状况,用有限单元法对凸模进行计算,求出应力集中值及最危险断面区域,与实际破坏断面完全符合。根据分析提出新型组合凸模的结构,并对几种改进结构作进一步比较。通过工厂生产的比较长期使用,获得较好的效果。最后从生产实践总结组合凸模具有的优点。
