The design rule of preforming and the designing key of die of reducing process are presented.

传统的成形轴类件的方法,成形精度低,生产成本较高。为有效降低生产成本,提高轴类件的精度,提出了利用楔横轧制坯,然后采用一次缩径工艺成形多台阶精密轴类件的复合新工艺。分析了一次缩径成形工艺所能成形的多台阶轴类件的特点,结合捷达变速箱输入轴,采用有限元数值模拟与实验分析了多台阶轴类件一次缩径成形工艺的成形规律,给出了多台阶轴类件一次缩径成形毛坯的设计原则及模具设计的关键技术。
