In this Daper we set up an, optimatization mathematical model of the production plan for oil refinery, and give a calculation method as well.This nonlinear programming mathematical is based on the actual production in Zhenhai Oil and Chemical Plant. The ideas and methods given in the paper may be applied to other plants.
