This paper introduces the first "half- dock "type 100, 000 dwt class shipbuilding berth in China.The dock gate is installed at the end of the underwater section of the berth, and a sloping dock isformed when water is pumped out of the berth after the dock gate is closed. According to the geologicalconditions, the longitudinal direction of the shipbuilding berth is divided into 3 sections: open, solid andfloat chambers with three different structures respectively. In the open section, the structure of in-situconcrete piles, beam,slab and column are adopted,the space under the slab was enclosed and dividedinto anxiliary production workshop, office, workstaffs' waiting room etc.. The solid section of theberth has been arranged to be situated on the exposed rock of Xianglujiao, thus not only the work offoundation treatment has been simplified, but also the amount of backfilling has been reduced. Thefloat chamber is namely that of underwater shipway,which is prefabricated on land and floated andlowered on site, thus cofferdam construction work is saved,and the construction work of the "half-dock "in this section was carried out by utilizing the float chamber themselves and the dock gate as cof-ferdam. Since the commencement of the use of the shipbuilding berth,28 ships of various kinds was builtin more than 5 years, especially the building of a 115, 000 dwt class shutter oil- tank has proved thatthe performance of the berth is excellent,that its overall arrangement is reasonable, and that the tech-nological alternative adopted is advance. It has brought forth new ideas in design and construction ofshipbuilding berth.

本文介绍我国第一座10万吨级半坞式造船台。该船台水下段末端设坞门,关闭坞门抽水后,即构成一个斜坡式船坞。 根据地质情况将船台纵向分成:透空、实体和浮箱三段,相应采用了三种不同的结构型式。透空段采用了灌注桩、梁、板、柱结构,其空间分隔作为生产辅助车间、办公室、候工室等;实体段座落在香炉礁岩石露头处,既简化了基础处理,同时也减少了回填量;浮箱段为水下滑道段,采用陆上预制的大型槽型浮箱,下水后漂浮安放,节省了围埝工程,利用槽型浮箱自身和坞门作围埝,进行半坞施工。 该船台投入使用后,五年多建造了28艘各种船只,特别是11.5万吨穿梭油轮的建造,证明船台的性能良好,布局合理,工艺方案先进,在船台设计与施工中,有所创新。是我国船台建造史上的一次攀登。

Abstract: This paper presents some experiences about water resources and hydropower project construction and about river bed cross section measurement in river planning and regulation. The crossing distance accuracy of underwater section points is discussed. blame specific methods used are also mentioned.

Underwater television detecting technique, in conjunction with conventional testing methods, has been used to make correct and reasonable judgment of the structural integrity of the underwater section of working piles in difficult and intricate conditions for a number of projects and has provided reliable basis for the analysis of the degree and location of defects and the causes of the defects. In conjunction with the conventional testing methods, the underwater television detecting technique can be of significant useful value for arbitrating disputable defects in pile shaft of reinforced concrete pipe piles and reinforced concrete hollow square piles.

应用水下电视探测技术结合常规检测手段,通过现场试验,对多项疑难复杂的水下工程桩身结构完整性进行了准确合理的判定,对缺陷的程度、位置,及造成缺陷的原因提供了可靠的分析依据,该项技术配合常规检测方法,对仲裁有争议的砼管桩、砼空心方桩的桩身缺陷方面具有重要的实用价值。
