The possibillity of simultaneous electrodeposition of Zn and MnO_2 in a single cell from an acidic solution of ZnSO_4 and MnSO_4 was studied. It was found that the anodic current efficiency increases with the temperature and decreases with the current density markedly. The cathodic (Al) and anodic (Pb) current efficiencies were 91% and 79% respectiyely under the following conditions: temperature 75℃, current density 10mA/cm~2, composition of electrolyte: Zn 50g/l; MnSO_4 1.2M; H_2SO_40.5M; glue 50mg/l;...
