The action of absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted a1uminium is studied simulantly with the system of KOH aqueous solution-CO2-N2. The processes of the Single Tube(ST), Porous Plug (PP) and Spinning Nozzle (SN) for refining melted aluminium are examined. The experimental results show that the apparent mass transfer coefficient AK of absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted aluminium for ST and PP processes are basically the same, and they are all more than that of SN process. The AK doesn't dire- ctly relate to totally stirring energy density. The AK mainly depends on the flowing state of liquid. The up-down convection increases the value of AK for absorbing hydrogen on the surface of melted aluminium.

本文采用 KOH溶液-CO2-N2系统来模拟研究铝液在处理过程中表面的吸氢作用。分别对单管、多孔吹头和旋转吹头的铝液处理工艺进行了考察。实验结果表明:单管和多孔吹头工艺的液面吸气表观传质系数AK基本上相同,均大于旋转吹头工艺的AK值。AK值与总搅拌能量密度没有直接关系;而主要取决于液体的流态。上下对流增大从液面吸气的AK值。

A study has been made of the effect of bubble behavior on the removal of hydrogen from melts by gas with KOH solution-CO2 gas model. The result shows that bubbles formed by orifice, nozzle or porous plug are in large size and small number, nearly straightly floating up, centralizing-distributed, and coalescence, and severely stir melt surface. Therefore, their efficiency of dehydrogenation is low; bubbles formed by the spinning nozzle of SNIF or ALPUR are in small size and large number, spirally...

The result shows that bubbles formed by orifice, nozzle or porous plug are in large size and small number, nearly straightly floating up, centralizing-distributed, and coalescence, and severely stir melt surface. Therefore, their efficiency of dehydrogenation is low; bubbles formed by the spinning nozzle of SNIF or ALPUR are in small size and large number, spirally floating up,non-coalescence. Therefore, their efficiency of dehydrogenation is rather high, but they still have the shortcomings of unevenness in distribution of bubbles and severely stirring on melt surface. Based on this, a new refining device-DIT86 with more higher efficiency of dehydrogenation has been designed out.

本文采用KOH溶液-CO2气体的模型,研究了喷孔、喷嘴、透气砖、SNIF 和 ALPUR 等吹气精炼液体金属的工艺中,气泡的行为及其对去氢的影响。研究结 果表明:喷孔、喷嘴或透气砖形成的气泡尺寸大、数量少、近乎直线上升、集中分 布,气泡间合泡严重,金属液而搅动剧烈,因此,去氢效率低;SNIF和 ALPUR旋 转喷嘴形成的气泡尺寸小、数量多、沿螺旋线上升.因此,去氢效率较高,但其仍存在 气泡分布不均、金属液面搅动剧烈等不足。在此基础上,研制出一种具有更高效率的精 炼装置──DIT 86.

The paper briefly analyses the technical features of high speed super-draft system and the structure performance of spinning nozzle of No 801 MJS Spinner in theory and actual testing and brings to light on this special draft feature of sliver drawing, and the importance of ofibre-opening tube inside the nozzle.

本文对No.801MJS喷气纺纱机高速超大牵伸装置的工艺性能和喷嘴的结构性能作了简要的理论及测试分析,揭示了棉条超大牵伸的特点及喷嘴开纤管的重要作用。
