We've researched and analysed all the datus of the electromagnetic wave since it was observed. The result is that the electromagnetic wave anomaly has good corresponding relations to over Ml 3.0 winthin about 100km and over Ms 5.0 winthin 300km and over Ms6.0 winthin 1000km. The electromagnetic wave anomaly is a kind of earthquake short impending precursor anomaly. It usually happens before a few days or before 50 days when the earthquake happens. Its range is very strong and it can be discriminated easily. The earthquake often happens after the anomaly is over or during the back fall of the anomaly high value. Accoding to electromagnetic wave anomaly, We have calculated the earthquake short impending prediction twice sucessfully. The three essential factors of the earthquake are all in the framework of the forecast.
