The reinforcing effect of the nanometer calcium carbonate Baiyanhua CC on the S SBR compound was investigated.The results showed that Baiyanhua CC was easy to incorporate into S SBR compound by using the conventional mixing process;when Baiyanhua CC was used as the only reinforcing filler in S SBR compound,the curing rate increased,the tensile strength improved and the hardness changed little as the level of Baiyanhua CC increased;Baiyanhua CC /HAF had a synergistic effect...

In this paper,the preparation process of nanometer calcium carbonate (CaCO 3)by multistage spray carbonation was studied.The effects of the conditions of spray carbonation and additive dosage on the average particle size of nanometer CaCO 3 were discussed systematically.The primary particle size of carbonated sediment was about 30nm by vacuum desiccation.Then the active nanometer CaCO 3 particles ranged from 30nm to 40nm could be obtained with surface modification.

研究了多级喷雾碳化法制备纳米碳酸钙的工艺 ,并详细讨论了雾化、碳化条件及添加剂量等对纳米碳酸钙粒径的影响。碳化后的沉淀物经真空干燥 ,其原始粒径约为 3 0nm。经表面改性处理 ,可得到粒径在 3 0~ 40nm范围的活性纳米碳酸钙粉体材料。

The preparation process of nanometer calcium carbonate(CaCO3) by multistage spray carbonation was studied. The effects of the conditions of spray carbonation and additive dosage on the average particle size of nanometer CaCO3 were discussed systematically. The primary particle size of carbonated sediment was about 30nm by vacuum desiccation. Then the active nanometer CaCO3 particles ranged from 30nm to 40nm were obtained by means of surfaction.
