According to the results of the research on the technology of the mechaniza-tion of cotton harvesting conducted in the state farm of Xinjiang and the-analysis of the production experiences in USA and USSR, the author came-to the conclusion that the three technical links in the mechanization of cotton harvesting, namely chemical defoliation and desiccation, mechanical harvesting and cotton cleaning are objectively necessary, and moreover, put forward a concrete technical plan。 These essential...

According to the results of the research on the technology of the mechaniza-tion of cotton harvesting conducted in the state farm of Xinjiang and the-analysis of the production experiences in USA and USSR, the author came-to the conclusion that the three technical links in the mechanization of cotton harvesting, namely chemical defoliation and desiccation, mechanical harvesting and cotton cleaning are objectively necessary, and moreover, put forward a concrete technical plan。 These essential technical links must cooperate with each other as an inseparable set, in order to guarantee the quality of cotton, high efficiency and low production cost in mechanized cotton harvesting. In addition, the author pointed out the existing problems in the horizontal and vertical spindle-type cotton pickers used in foreign countries, such as compli-cated cumbersome construction, large amount of cotton dropped on the ground, etc. Based on the experimental results of the cotton picking unit with sucking: and vibrating principle, the author advanced a preliminary scheme of modified sucking-vibrating cotton picking unit with cotton stick stirring rollers, which. under the present material-technical condition of China, is possible to be used in cotton-growing state farms.

本文根据在新疆国营农场试验研究棉花收获机械化工艺的结果和对美、苏两国生产经验的分析,探讨明确了化学脱叶催熟、机器采棉和棉花的清理加工这三个工艺环节是棉花收获机械化客观上必需的,并提出了具体技术方案。这些主要工艺环节必须紧密配套才能保证机器采的棉花质量和高效低成本地进行机器采棉。本文并分析评价了现有国外的水平摘锭式和垂直摘锭式采棉原理存在的问题,如结构复杂笨重、落地棉多等的缺点。并且根据对气吸机械振动式采棉部件试验研究的结果,提出了装有拨株辊的改进型气吸振动式采棉部件的初步方案。试验研究结果表明,在我国现有物质技术条件下,在国营植棉农场实行本文提出的棉花收获机械化方案在技术上和经济上是有可能的。

Water resources are relatively stable and easy to be reused. But, there are also some unfavourabe factors such as serious water shortage in spring, great evaporation and penetration, lower level of utilization, backward irrigation methods, low ability to store and conserve...

Water resources are relatively stable and easy to be reused. But, there are also some unfavourabe factors such as serious water shortage in spring, great evaporation and penetration, lower level of utilization, backward irrigation methods, low ability to store and conserve soil water and high level of mineralization of irrigation water. Nevertheless, there is a great potential to tap on the condition that we should uninterruptedly improve water conservancy facilities, make full use of advanced irrigation techniques and means,strengthen irrigation management, rationally develop and utilize ground water, do a good job in planting crops in terms of water resources, rationalize croppatterns, expand agricultural irrigation in Keshen area and improve the efficiency of utilization of water resources.

喀什地区是新疆粮棉生产的重要基地之一,是灌溉农业区。具有灌溉水源(尤其是夏季水源)丰富(达133.44亿立米),水源相对稳定性高,易于重复利用等有利条件。但是也存在着春水严重不足,蒸发渗漏严重,利用率低,灌溉方式落后,土壤保蓄水能力低、灌溉水的矿化度较高等不利因素。只要不断完善水利设施,采用先进的灌溉技术和方法,加强灌溉管理,合理开发利用地下水,做好因水种植,合理布局作物,发展喀什地区的农业灌溉,提高水资源的利用率,是大有潜力可挖。
