A number of non-biological methods were used for decolorizing the reactive dye-containing wastewater.By use of ferric salt or alum as the chemical flocculating agent, the effectiveness of color removal was found to be in close relation to pH value of the wastewater, and in dependence on the types of the dye structures in the following decreasing order : phthalocy-anine-type > anthraquinone-type > azo-type > chelate-type. other methods investigated were sodium hypochlorite, ultraviolet light, Fenton agent...

When sodium hypochlorite, ultraviolet and ozone were used in combination, the decolorization effect was even stronger.

本研究选择若干种类活性染料,采用非生物的脱色方法,探索染料分子结构和脱色方法、脱色效果间的关系。结果表明:用铁盐和铝盐絮凝法处理的脱色效果与pH值的关系很大,色度去除难易的次序为酞菁型>蒽醌型>偶氮型>金属络合型,与染料结构关系密切;次氯酸钠、紫外光,Fenton试剂及臭氧等,皆有较好的脱色效果;这些方法的适当组合,可以提高活性染料染色废水的脱色率,而且费用也较低。

By use of Fenton reagent at optimum conditions, 9 persistent aromatic a-nilines were successfully removed from wastewater. Some factors affecting the treatment process were also studied. 本文采用Fenton试剂处理废水中难以降解的苯胺类化合物,实验结果表明:(1)添加KMnO_4溶液的量对COD和TOC去除率有一定的影响;(2)p-甲氧基苯胺与Fenton试剂反应速度很快;(3)九种苯胺类化合物经反应后,COD去除率为70—80%,TOC去除率为60—70%;(4)苯胺类化合物的结构对COD和TOC的去除有一定影响;(5)p-甲氧基苯胺的苯胺经反应后BOD_5值可以增大,有利于生物降解。
