The elevation of AG value is found to be correlated with the increase of serum creatinine(r=0.33, p<0.01). Serum calcium and phosphorus are also measured in 98 patients with chronic renal failure, 31 patients having an AG≤15mEq/L and 67 patients>15mqE/L. Serum caleium seems to have no significant difference between the two subgroups but serum phosphorus has, with higher serum phosphorus retention is those with higher AG. It is concluded that the estimation of AG is helpful in differentiating chronic renal failure with metabolic acidosis from renal tubular acidosis, and in evaluating the severity of the chronic renal failure.

It is well known that increased plasma lactate due to hvpoxia is one of the main factors to result in anion gap acidosis, and the therapeutic measures should be directed to increase tissue oxygen supply rather than administer alkali, which will be liable to induce alkalosis. Therefore, it is suggested that concomitant determinations of AG and blood gases bo valuable and helpful to the management of the postoperative cases of open heart surgery.

本文分析了191例797次体外循环心内直视手术患者的电解质及血气分析结果,发现本组病例AG值和乳酸值与正常人相比均有明显增高,从而提示在此组病例中,组织缺氧引起乳酸增高是引起高AG代谢性酸中毒的主要原因之一。其治疗应以改善组织缺氧为主,过多补碱可致医源性碱中毒。并提出对这类病人在血气监护的同时,动态观察AG是有价值的。

In this article,15 cases of chronic renal failure were analysed.The anion gap in the chronic renal failure group was significantly greater than in the control group(the mean value were 22,4±7.3mEq/L,vs 14.4±6.5mEq/L.P<0.01).It showed that anion gap is a most useful parameter in determining the acid-base status of patients with chronic renal failure.The quantity of anion gap,however,is not correlated with the blood pH value because many factors may resuit in anion gap variation.

本文分析15例慢性肾功能衰竭患者阴离子隙(Anion Gap,简称 AG)的变化。慢性肾功能衰竭组 AG 明显高于对照组(平均值分别为:22.4±7.3mEq/L,14.4±6.5mEq/L,P<0.01)。结果表明,AG 是确定慢性肾功能衰竭患者酸硷平衡状况的非常有用的参数。但是由于许多因素可追成阴离子隙的变化,致使其变化和血 pH 值并无相关关系。
