Virus particles have been isolated from a strain of Aspergillus oryzae 3800, en α-amylase producer. The virus particles are icosahedral and measure 20-40nm in diameter. The virus preparations had a typically ultraviolet spectrum, the maximum absorption was 258nm, the minimum was 242nm and the 260/280 ratio was 1.36. From purified virus preparations one centrifugal component with sedimentation coefficients of 45S was observed and one electrophoresis component was obtained. The virion was sensitive to CHCl3, after being exposed to CHCl3 the capsid of AoV appeared to be more relaxed and the negative stain penetrated into the virion core. The virus concentration in individual conidia isolated from single culture vary greatly, and different concentrations of AoV could be detected in hyphal cell.Nucleic acid prepared by phenol extraction of these particles revealed a single band during 2.4% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and indicated RNA by positive orcinol reaction. It was concluded that AoV particles contained only a single segment of RNA. During SDS-discontinous polyacry-amide gel electrophoresis AoV revealed a major polypetide component with a molecular weight of 17,800 dalton.Serological studies have been made on the following isolates of virus in the laboratory: AoV, PcV-virus from Penicillium chrysogenum, AnV-virus from Aspergillus niger, GgV-virus from Gaeumannomyces graminis, Reciprocal immune double diffusion tests showed that the AoV reacted with antiserum to AoV and antiserum to GgV respectively, but failed to react with antiserum to PcV and antiserum to AnV. Antiserum to AoV reacted with four isolates of GgV collected from Taian, Yanta, Hebei, and Heilongjing.Examination of virus particles for morphology,sedimentation coefficient, electrophoretic mobility, molecular weight and components of polypeptide revealed differences between AoV and GgV. Data so far suggested that most fungal viruses are serologically unrelated to each other and each has a very narrow host range. Thus, viruses from such distantly related species as Aspergillus oryzae and Gaeumannomyces grominis sharing common antigen is a rare occurrence.

Phagocytosis of macrophage of C_(57) BL mice treated by the RNA preparationson V. Eltor was significantly higher than that of the controls (P<0.01). These results suggestedthat the RNA preparations could be used as an nonspecific immunologic stimulant.

本文以去污剂(SDS)-酚法自Eltor弧菌小川型、稻叶型菌株提取RNA。该制剂理化特性为:(?),紫外分光测定其吸收峰在257nm处,DNA含量小于核酸量的8%,苔黑酚反应阳性。该制剂能保护C_(57)BL小鼠抗Eltor弧菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的攻击。观察到这种保护作用与RNA组分有关,而且无种属特异性。动物实验表明,以Eltor弧菌RNA制剂处理之小鼠对小鼠S_100有显著抑制作用(P<0.001)。经该制剂处理的C_(57)BL小鼠巨噬细胞对Elto孤菌的吞噬作用较对照组显著提高(P<0.01)。结果提示这种Eltor弧菌RNA制剂有可能作为一种非特异性免疫刺激剂而加以应用。

Twelve healthy milking goats were divided into two groups of 6 each. In group I,the total milk yield of every goat was more than 350 kg for 90 days, and in group Ⅱ less than 350 kg. 分析了不同产乳量健康奶山羊乳中环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、核糖核酸(RNA)的含量及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性及其与产乳量的关系。结果表明,乳中cGMP和RNA的含量均与产乳量显著相关(p<0.05),G-6-PDH的活性与产乳量极显著相关(p<0.01);高产羊与低产羊乳中cGMP含量存在显著差异(p<0.05)。因此认为,cGMP有促进乳生成作用,其作用途径之一可能是:cGMP一方面通过促进RNA的合成,使G-6-PDH的含量增加,另一方面通过cGMP蛋白激酶的磷酸化作用,使G-6-PDH的活性提高,从而加速乳成分的合成代谢,实现促进生乳作用。
