The influencing factors on polymerization were discussed and optimum process parameters were obtained. A new process synthesizing oil-soluble drag reducing agent is suggested. The result of drag reducing test in circle conduit showed that the drag reducing efficiency of 40.1%could be achieved...

The result of drag reducing test in circle conduit showed that the drag reducing efficiency of 40.1%could be achieved by adding mass concentration 0.01kg/m~3 of the final product to diesel fuel. Polymer was characterized by ()~1H-NMR and XRD. The result showed that the polymer with high flexibility and ultra high relative molecular mass(M_w=4.1×10~6,M_n=4.5×10~5,PDI=9.14).

以TiCl4/AlEt2Cl为引发体系,在常压条件下采用本体聚合法引发长链α-烯烃聚合,制备高减阻性能的油溶性减阻剂(DRA)。考察了各项因素对聚合反应的影响,最终确定最优化工艺条件,提出一项合成油溶性减阻剂的新工艺。聚合物环道减阻测试的结果表明,聚合物在环道中添加的质量浓度为0.01 kg/m3时,减阻率高达40.1%。通过1H-NMR,XRD等方法对聚合物进行表征,证明用该方法可以制得高柔顺性的超高分子量(Mw=4.1×106,Mn=4.5×105,PDI=9.14)的原油用聚合物。
