本文对250例随机选定人员的拇指末节挠侧指甲角与指屈纹间的解剖学结构进行了观察与测量,初步将指甲形态分为四型,并对弧影与皮沟及指甲角,皮沟与远横系统及指屈纹间的关系作了探讨分析。在这些关系中,以弧影位于皮沟尺侧,弧影内含于指甲角,远横系统与皮沟相接为最常见,平均分别占34.5%,24.9%和28.1%。
