The paper reports a metrological method of diagnosis, which is used to differentiate perpheral bronchial carcinoma, tuberculoma and benign tumor of lung from a series of visible cymptoms, and a way of computer-aided diagnosis. The new method, a new model, can raise the rate of diagnostic accord comparied with the Meiske model that is used at home and abroad. With the new model, we took a test of diagnosis for 400 cases. The result is that a 91.3% diagnostic conclusion agrees with the pathologic conclusion.On the basis of the new technology of radiographic diagnosis appeared in recent years, in the new model, we add some cymptoms,which are meaningful for comparison and distinction. The construction of the new model is liable to the increase and decrease of distinctiue cymptoms. To distinguish diagnoses, the new formula is used in the probability calculation for classification and analysis. It seems that the result of using the new formula is much better than that of using the bayes formula

本文报告一种由X线所见,鉴别论断肺部球形病灶是周边型肺癌、肺结核球、肺良性肿瘤的计量诊断方法与应用电子计算机做计量诊断的一种方式。新的方法即新的模型较国内外使用的Meiske模型提高了诊断准确率。经400个病例的诊断实验,91.3%的诊断结论与病理学的结论相一致。根据近年X线诊断新技术,新模型中增加了有鉴别意义的征象,新模型的结构便于增减有鉴别意义的征象,鉴别诊断归类分析概率计算使用了新的计算公式。我们看到使用新的计算公式较用Bayes公式有更好的诊断效果。

Based on the known interval velocities obtained from the lithologic log and sonic log, this paper presents a way of estimating the sand-shale ratio corresponding to the interval velocity at different well depths by using the Bayes formula of the probability theory. In this paper an application of Bayesian formula in expert system is given.It presents subjective Bayes modification,which is applicable for representation of knowledge in rule-based system.In addition,it reveals the basic rules building other measures of knowledge based on subjective Bayes formula,and main points in calculation of measure in system inference,Finally,Some examples are given to examine its application.

本文讨论了主观Bayes方法在专家系统中的应用.提出了适合于规则基中知识表达方法的Bayes公式的修改方案,以及在此基础上建立其他知识量度的基本规则.讨论系统推理中量度测量和计算的问题.最后结合一些例子说明这些方法的应用.
