Under microscpe, three vascular networks could fo seen clearly between the medial and lateral arm flaps, the subcutancous network, superfacial fascia network and deep fascia surface network. The superfacial fascia network was rich in anastomosing branches and had thicker blood vessels. This network is the main one in the adjustment of the blood supply between the two flaps and play a important role in the design of onlarged skin flap.

Objective:To furnish the applied anatomy basis for the choice of padding materials in elbow arthroplasty.Methods:The blood supply and distribution of the medial and lateral arm fascia,posterior forearm fascia,the ventral radial and ulnar periosteum were observed on 40 adult red latex perfused perfused upper extremities.Results:The fascial flap of medial and lateral branchial with the ulnar and radial recurrent artery,the fascial flap of the posterior forearm with the posterior interosseous artery,the periosteum flap in the front of ulna and radius with anterior interosseous artery were observed and measured.These fascial and periosteum flap possessed longer vascular pedicle,larger area available to be taken,abundance blood suply,high density and teacity.Conclusions:These observed perioseum and fascial flap could be used as padding materials in the elbow arthroplasty.

目的:为肘关节成形术填充物的选用提供解剖学基础。方法:在40侧经动脉灌注颜料的上肢标本上,解剖观测了臂内、外侧筋膜,前臂后筋膜和尺、桡骨前部骨膜的血管来源、分支分布;血管蒂长度及筋膜瓣、骨膜瓣的切取面积等。结果:观测了以尺、桡侧返动脉为蒂的臂内、外侧筋膜瓣;以骨间后动脉为蒂的前臂后筋膜瓣;以骨间前动脉为蒂的尺、桡骨前部骨膜瓣。这些瓣膜的血管蒂长,血供丰富,可取面积大,质地坚韧致密。结论:上述带血管蒂的筋膜瓣和骨膜瓣可作为肘关节成形术的填充物,讨论了临床应用解剖学要点
