为探明树舌多糖GF对小鼠HepA瘤Rb基因表达的影响。本实验用链霉菌抗生素蛋白 -过氧化酶免疫组化法来测定瘤组织中Rb蛋白含量 ,通过多媒体图像分析系统分析实验结果。结果表明 :树舌多糖GF组、猪苓多糖组与荷瘤对照组比较 ,差异均非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,即树舌多糖GF、猪苓多糖明显增强HepA瘤组织中Rb基因的表达 ;树舌多糖组与猪苓多糖组比较 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,即树舌多糖GF更能显著增强Rb基因表达 ,优于猪苓多糖。因此可初步认为 ,作用于抑癌基因Rb并使之表达增强 ,是树舌多糖GF抗瘤作用机制之一。
