The fluid Stirling water pump is a especial type of liquid piston pump being researched throughout the world.It is suitable for the utilization of solar energy etc.This paper have analyzed the operating principle of the pump.Based on the operation analysis,an optimization design idea of the pump has been proposed.The experiments show that efficiency and head of the new water pump model based on author's design idea is more better than previous design,the pump efficiency is about 50% higher.The new pump model can steady operate under the condition of 25?tilt of the hot cavity and medium temperature difference 48℃ between hot and cold cavity.The experiments also indicated that using the medium with excellent heat conductivity,cold cavity with forced water circulation and design of optimum regenerator are also important conditions for water pump operation performance improvement.

本文对流体斯特林水泵运行原理进行了分析,并讨论了水泵设计问题。新设计的水泵模型比现有设计模型的效率提高50%左右,扬程也有了提高。水泵在加热腔倾斜25度和冷热二腔工质温差48℃之下能稳定地运行。试验表明,选用高导热率工质、冷腔用强迫水冷却以及采用合适的回热器设计也是改善水泵工作性能的重要条件。
