This paper describes in detail the principle of the three-port clutter suppresion interferometry processing, studies the approach to detect the moving ground targets and determine the true azimuth location and radial ground speed and presents a kind of method using INSAR to form the focus moving ground targets' images. Finally, some typical computer simulation results are presented, which illustrate this technique's availability.
