Therefore it can not satisfy the requirements of dry gas cleaning system and continuous central feeding precalcining anode bath. According to the results of our test in pilot plant, we developed a new carbonization-decomposition technology and seeding precipitation technology to produce coarse and solid alumina. The main characteristics of this new technology are: 1. The main physical properties of Sandy alumina are: for carbonization sandy alumina particle size (%)+150μm 8.7,—45μm7.3 attrition index 16.7% for seeding preciprtation Sandy alumina particle size (%)+150μm 5.4,—45μm8.4 attrition index 11.6% 2. without lowering the precipitation yield of carbonization-decomposition and the quality of alumina 3. without lowering the productivity of carbonization and seeding precipitation tanks 4. Sandy alumina can be produced without classification.

我国的Al_2O_3主要是拜耳烧结联合法和碱石灰烧结法生严的。由烧结法精液生产的Al_2O_3约占Al_2O_3总产量的50%,这种Al_2O_3的强度太低,在焙烧及输送过程中破损严重,不能满足干法烟气净化系统及连继中间下料予焙电解槽的要求。我们根据试验工场的试验结果,研制出了新的碳酸化分解工艺及种子搅拌分解工艺,生产出了粗的和强度高的砂状Al_2O_3。该新工艺的主要特征是: 1.产品砂状Al_2O_3的主要物理性质: 碳分砂状Al_2O_3:粒度%:+150μM8.7,-45μM7.3;磨损指数16.7%。种分砂状Al_2O_3:粒度%:+150μM5.4,-45μM8.4:磨损指数11.6%。 2.不降低碳酸化分解率和产品质量。 3.不降低碳酸化分解及种子搅拌分解槽的产能。 4.不需要分级就能生产出砂状Al_2O_3。

The anionic species of the SiO_2-containing sodium aluminate solutions preparedby different methods have been investigated by Raman spectra and ultraviolet spectra. It wasfound that these solutions contain different Si-containing anions. The solution prepared byleaching industrial sinter of soda-lime sintering process contains polysilicate ions with Si-O-Siradicals.

用Raman光谱和紫外光谱研究了不同方法制备的含SiO_2的铝酸钠溶液,并与工业熟料的溶出液进行了对比。SiO_2的存在状态随制备方法而异。工业熟料的溶出液含有带Si-O-Si结构的聚硅酸离子。
