It was found that during accelerated cooling after finish rolling the finish-cooling temperature and coiling temperature have influence on precipitation strength. During late accelerated cooling after finish rolling the start-cooling temperature have influence on precipitation and grain refinement strength. The mathematical model to predict the strength component was showed.

用THERMECMASTOR-Z型热模拟试验机模拟热连轧生产,研究终轧温度和轧后冷却工艺对C0.079,Si0.095,Mn0.057,P0.012,S0.020,Ti0.020,Ti0.064,Cu0.06钢屈服强度的影响。发现采用轧后立即水冷工艺方案时,水冷中止温度和卷取温度仅影响钢的沉淀强化组分,而终轧温度变化及轧后延迟水冷时的水冷开始温度对晶界强化组分和沉淀强化组分都有影响。文中给出了相应的强化组分定量估计公式。

An important method for producing microalloyed steel plate is controlling the process of accelerated cooling after controlled rolling. By the experiments, the effect of start cooling temperature and finish cooling temperature and cooling rate on the yield strength, tensile strength and impact toughness has been investigated in this paper. The obtained data can be used for reference to get the required mechanical properties in production.

采用流变学法测定了亚麻籽胶溶液的胶凝点、熔化点,并采用质构仪、扫描电镜和原子力显微镜等手段研究了影响亚麻籽胶凝胶强度的因素,结果表明亚麻籽胶具有胶凝性,它能形成一种热可逆的冷致凝胶,亚麻籽胶溶液的胶凝点低于其凝胶的熔化点,且亚麻籽胶溶液的胶凝点及其凝胶的熔化点均随冷却的起始温度的升高而升高。亚麻籽胶浓度、溶解温度、pH、NaCl、CaCl2及复合磷酸盐能影响亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度,亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度随着浓度的增加及溶解温度的升高而增强;在pH 6~9的范围内,亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度达到最大;NaCl和复合磷酸盐可以降低亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度,低浓度(<0.3%)的CaCl2可以增强亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度,而高质量分数(>0.3%)的CaCl2能降低亚麻籽胶的凝胶强度。
