本文所述ZZ—89型γ射线煤炭灰分在线测量装置采用~(241)Am(60keV)和~(137)Cs(662keV)两种能量γ射线透射方案,能自动修正传送带上煤的厚度变化影响。不改变传送带运行情况,真正实现了在线测量。对固定对象的灰分测量值的均方差为0.24%wt。在采用重介浮选工艺的平顶山田庄选煤厂具体条件下,测得的灰分值与常规的化学灼烧测灰法所得结果之间差值的均方差小于0.5%wt。

This paper deals with the sources of deviation in determination of ash content in white sugar with "C—ratio" method. It is investigated that equivalent electrical conductivities and ash conversion factors of 25 kind of electrolytes in 28°Bx white sugar solution at 25℃. This paper deals with the sources of deviation in determination of ash content in white sugar with "C—ratio" method. 本文研究了电导法测定白糖灰分产生偏差的原因。作者研究了在28°Bx白糖溶液中25种电解质的当量电导和灰分换算因数,结果表明各种电解质的当量电导和灰分换算因数差别很大(3.46×10~(-4)~7.02×10~(-4))。讨论了白糖中各种阴阳离子对电导灰分的影响程度和规律性。作者认为电导法测定白糖灰分与重量法产生偏差的原因是由于各种离子具有不同的灰分换算因数。本研究的下一步工作是建立电导法测定白糖灰分的多元线性数学模型。

The determination of ash content is one of main indexes in technical analysis of coal,it plays an important role in coal application.By the investigation of the affecting factors on the measuring accuracy of ash cntent,calibrating and improvement of measuring instruments,it puts forward the measures that ensure the accuracy of ash content determination.
