Methods The mitochondrial marker enzyme (cytochrome C oxidase), and the plasma membrane marker enzyme (Na~+,K~+-ATP) of renal tubules were studied with EM enzymatic cytochemistry in female mice andministrated with large dose of androgen. Results The dense granules of cytochrome C oxidase were clearly seen in both the proximal and distal tubules of control group. While in the testerone group, the granule density was greatly decreased, some located on the broken cristae of mitochondria. The Na~+,K~+-ATPase activitity decreased considerably in the plasma membrane infolding of proximal and distal tubule compared with the normal group. Conclusion Large dose of testosterone can cause ultrastructural changes of renal tubules and weaken some important enzyme activities.

By means of image processing,some qualitative and quantitative researches and analysiseds about the hydrodynamics of gas_solid two phase flow in fluidized bed are presented in the paper.A group of experiments about the hydrodynamics of gas_solid two phase flow with different volumn have been done in cold condition experiment equipment,and the raw images are gained by use of CCD camera,then are backprocessed by computer.Matlab is taken as a method of image_processing in the paper.Better effect is attained and some base physical parameters such as granule density,voidage may be calaucated approximately.

主要通过图像处理手段对流化床内气固两相流动特性进行定性和定量研究分析。首先在流化床冷态实验台上做了一组不同流量下气固两相流动特性的实验 ,然后用CCD摄像头把这些原始图像采集下来 ,再通过计算机对原始数据进行后处理 ,采用Matlab对这些原始图像进行处理 ,取得了不错的效果 ,并可近似计算出一些基本的物理量 ,如颗粒浓度 ,空隙率等。
