Through technic economy analysis of heating and cold project in certain real estate project, the paper gives a synthetical comparison between two kinds of heating and cold projects in once investment charge, equipment function charge, maintaninance and administration charge etc, and puts forward rational design for heating and clod project.
In this paper,at the basis of analyzing the applicable condition of air-conditioning system's cooling and heating source,we got rid of the obviously unreasonable schemes,and present the feasible cooling and heating source schemes.
Application show that the improved AHP method provides an effective method for multiobjective decision on air-condition cooling and heating source scheme.
Presents a cold and heat source scheme for the central air conditioning system that can use water-cooled chillers for cooling in summer and heating in winter. It has advantages of high performance coefficient of water-cooled chillers in summer and working as heat pump in winter.
At last,the annual cost value method was adopted in conducting a comparative analysis with other traditional schemes,and some important conclusions are drawn about the best choice of cold and heat source scheme in different cases.
