In the preparation of the slide specimen of Mulberry chromomes, with the young leaves as materias, and the techniques suchas enzmol-tysis, flame drying and Giemsa staining were used. Chromobomal counting was carried out with 5unnamed species and 25 varieties belong to 9 species of Morus L. of which 19 are diploid,7 triploid. 1 tetraploid, 2 hexaploid and 1 monosomic ( 2n-1 ) . In addition, the interphase nuclei of different ploidy as well as the behavior of the chromosomes during mejosis were obversed...

以桑的幼叶为材料,采用以酶解、火焰干燥,Giemsa染色为主要程序的染色体制片新方法,对桑属(Morus L.)9个种的25个品种以及5个未定种名的材料进行了染色体计数,其中二倍体19个、三倍体7个、四倍体1个、六倍体2个和单体(2n—1)1个。此外,还对不同倍性的间期核以及二倍体和三倍体在减数分裂过程中染色体的行为作了观察和比较。

The karyotypes of four different varieties (species) of Morus L. were compared using slides prepared toy smear flame-drying method. The karyotype analysis showed that karyotype formula of Yu 104 (M. alba L. ) and Sa 2 ( M. atropurpurea Roxb ) were 2n=2x=28=24m + 4sm, that of Qiangbing(M. mizuho Hotta)was 2n=2x=28=26m+2sm, and that of Yaan 7(M. astralis Poir.) was 2n=3x=42=39m +3sm. 采用火焰于燥、Giemsa染色法制备染色体标本,对桑属的育104号(白桑)、沙2(广东桑)、强兵(瑞穗桑)、雅安7号(鸡桑)进行了核型分析.结果表明,沙2、育104号的核型公式是2n=2x=28=24m+4sm,强兵的核型公式是2n=2x=28=26m+2sm;雅安7号的核型公式为2n=3x=42=39m+3sm.育104号与沙2的核型相近.可归为同一类,强兵和雅安7号属于另一类.

The cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme in the resting buds of Morus have been studied with polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis and the results are as follows:1) The cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme patterns are shown the common cha-racters in the Morus.2) The cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme atlas is remarkable difference among each species and varieties of the Morus,3) The analytical method and Rf on the cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme atlas might be used in the taxonomy of Morus.

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对四川桑属植物的6个种、两个品种及两个引进种的细胞色素氧化酶同工酶进行了研究。结果:(1)桑属内有共同的特征酶带;(2)桑属内各种、品种间的酶谱有显著差异,每个种都有不同的特征酶谱;(3)用组平均聚类法研究同工酶分类,在桑属植物分类上有一定的适用价值;(4)上述研究结果与过氧化物酶同工酶的排序法分类比较,除华桑有差异外,其它桑种、品种均表现规律性的一致倾向,为桑属植物分类提供了新的依据。
