The increase of fisheries production was gained from the quickly development of mariculture and the steady marine capture volume.Mariculture will be a key development industry of China fisheries. The problems and tasks of fisheries development (pollution, coastal water fisheries resource exhaustion etc.) were also discussed. In the last,we predicted the development trend of fishery.

本文分析了我国渔业产业的空间分布及演化情况。我国渔业资源地域差异明显,沿海省区渔业产量在我国渔业生产中占了极大的比例。我国淡水渔业产量继续增长潜力有限,近年渔业产量增加得益于海水养殖业的迅猛发展和稳定的海洋捕捞量。重点发展养殖业的中国特色渔业取得了成功,海水养殖业将成为以后我国渔业生产持续发展的主要动力。文中还探讨了当前我国渔业持续发展存在的问题以及未来渔业发展的趋势。

Ecological restoration is an integrated ecological engineering, including the methodologies or technologies of biological, physical, chemical and managing fields. This paper summary the main concept of ecological restoration and its framework,normal restoring techniques for aquatic zone, hoping that be useful for the practice in China. The framework of ecological restoration can be divided into five stages:Preparation for restoration,Ecosystem Health assessment, restoration planning, tasks installation, post assessment and management. The common techniques include such:conservation and restoration of key species, protection and re-habitation of important habitats,waste control and scientific management. The former two can be applied to restore the populations of wild life or fishery resources in natural aquatic zones, and always are used by international restoration plans. Techniques of waste control are effective methods to eliminate the damage source to ecosystem, including physical,chemical and biological-ecological techniques. The biological-ecological techniques are wide used now and prove to be useful,which can decompose most of the waste in the water bodies. And ecosystem-based management is also important for ultimate restoration of ecosystem. At last, this paper proposes some ideas for ecological restoration,based on the condition of Chinese fishery zones at different ecological level.

对水域退化生态系统的修复正日益引起人们的重视,其中生态修复理念深入人心,生态修复是一项综合的生态工程,涵括生物、物理、化学、管理等各学科的技术。本文主要对生态修复的内涵、水域生态修复理论框架体系及相关水体生态修复技术发展现状进行了概述,以期对我国水域开展生态修复实践有积极的理论指导作用。水域生态修复的理论框架,大体可分为修复计划准备、生态系统健康状况评估、修复计划制定论证、修复行动实施、修复后评估和管理五个阶段。水域生态修复通常采用的技术有:关键种群的保护与修复技术,重要生境的保护与恢复技术,环境污染控制技术和科学的管理手段,前两种技术可用于恢复自然水域(包括重要渔业水域)的野生生物、水产资源,为国际生物保护及生态修复计划所重视,环境污染控制技术可从根本上消除对生态系统产生损害的根源,有物理、化学、生物-生态学方法,其中生态 -生物学方法是运用较为广泛、有效的技术,利用功能性微生物和植物生物利用或生态学过程,降解存在于生活污水、工业污水、养殖废水、底泥有机质中的各种污染物质,而楚立以生态系统为基础的管理机制也非常重要。本文最后结合我国渔业水域的生态环境特点,提出了针对不同渔业水体(海洋渔场、内湾养殖、湖泊)生...
