利用种子醇溶蛋白超薄层等电聚焦电泳(UTL IEF)技术对青海和河北省燕麦属(A vena spp)16个品种真实性进行了比较分析。结果表明,参试样品的种子醇溶蛋白UTL IEF电泳图谱共分离出34条不同迁移率的谱带;依据蛋白电泳图谱等电点(P I值)为4.8、6.55、6.9、7.7、8.4和8.6等位置谱带的有无以及数目,可鉴别16个参试样品中的13个样品;对同一样品的整粒种子、1/2粒和1/4粒种子,以及人工老化处理获得的同一样品不同发芽率的种子进行超薄层等电聚焦电泳,结果表明破损程度到1/2粒种子和不同生活力种子甚至死种子对电泳鉴定结果基本没有影响。
