According to the space-time evolutional histroy of volcanic eruption in Jilin Province since Cenozoic Era, especially the characteristics of frequency-strength change of volcanic activity since Holocene, the historical records of eruption, and the dynamic observational data over ten years, this paper discusses potential eruptive risk of Tianchi volcano, Changbaishan, and concludes that time-scale of its potential eruption risk still belongs to category of geologic age.
The effusive physical characters such as the mean magma effusive rate, the speed of the lava flows, the durable time of the effusion etc are also reconstructed and the relative importance of the factors controlling the lava flow lengths of this area is lava flow volume>average eruptive rate>lava viscosity>average gradient of the surface.

A positive correlation is shown to exist between the angular sizes (in the sky plane) of eruptive prominences and/or post-eruptive arcades and coronal mass ejections (CMEs) associated with them.
New regularities are found that characterize the relationship between the latitude of eruptive prominences (post-eruptive arcades) and the latitude position of CMEs associated with them in the field of view of a coronagraph.
They are confined to the upper portions of elementary eruptive cycles and hosted in volcanosedimentary units, indicating their formation during the periods of waning volcanic activity.
